Why Store Your Products in the EU?

For non-EU companies selling in Europe, having products physically located inside the EU provides significant advantages for logistics, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

EU-Based Storage

Products physically stored in the EU are already customs-cleared. This means faster delivery to EU customers, no additional import duties at the point of sale, and simplified logistics. When your products are inside the EU, they can be shipped to any of the 27 member states without crossing any customs border — just like domestic shipping.

GPSR Compliance Ready

We are one of the very few providers that combine GPSR Responsible Person services with physical warehouse operations. This means the same company that handles your EU compliance also stores and manages your products. No coordination between multiple vendors — one point of contact for everything.

20+ Years Experience

Our warehouse operations are backed by over two decades of logistics experience in Poland and the EU. We understand EU customs procedures, import requirements, product handling standards, and the practical challenges that non-EU sellers face when entering the European market. This is not a startup experiment — it is a proven, established operation.

All-in-One Solution

Most non-EU sellers need to hire a GPSR representative, find a warehouse, arrange a repackaging service, and hire a lawyer — all separately. With us, you get warehouse storage, GPSR compliance, product repackaging and labeling, inspection services, and legal support — all from a single provider in Poland (EU). This saves time, reduces costs, and eliminates coordination headaches.

EU Warehouse for Non-EU Sellers: Why It Matters

If you are a manufacturer or seller based outside the European Union — whether in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, India, or anywhere else — and you want to sell products in the EU market, having a physical warehouse presence inside the EU is one of the most impactful decisions you can make for your business. An EU warehouse eliminates the single biggest friction point in cross-border e-commerce: customs delays and import duties at the point of delivery.

When your products are already stored in an EU warehouse, they can be shipped to customers in any of the 27 EU member states as domestic parcels. There are no additional customs declarations, no import VAT surprises for your customers, and delivery times shrink from weeks to days. For Amazon sellers specifically, having inventory in an EU warehouse is essential for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) programs and for maintaining competitive delivery times that affect your search ranking on the platform.

Poland as Your EU Logistics Base

Poland offers a compelling combination of advantages as a warehouse location within the EU. Labor costs and warehouse rents are significantly lower than in Germany, France, or the Netherlands, which translates directly into lower storage fees for our clients. At the same time, Poland has invested heavily in modern road infrastructure, and our location provides excellent connections to Western European markets via major motorway corridors.

As a full EU member state since 2004, products stored in Poland have the same legal status as products stored anywhere else in the EU. There is absolutely no difference in terms of customs, product safety regulations, or marketplace requirements between storing products in Poland versus Germany or France. The difference is in cost — and that difference can be substantial, particularly for businesses that are just entering the EU market and need to manage their cash flow carefully.

Combined Warehouse + GPSR: The Advantage Nobody Else Offers

The EU market requires non-EU sellers to appoint an EU Responsible Person under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Most companies that offer this service are purely administrative — they provide an EU address and forward communications from authorities, but they never physically touch your products. We are fundamentally different. Because we operate both the GPSR compliance service and the physical warehouse, we can offer a level of integration that pure compliance providers simply cannot match.

When your products arrive at our warehouse, we can inspect them, apply EU-compliant labels with your Responsible Person address, repackage them to meet EU requirements, and prepare them for distribution to marketplaces or directly to customers — all under one roof. There is no need to ship products to a labeling company, then to a warehouse, then coordinate with a separate compliance provider. Everything happens in one place, managed by one team, with one point of contact. This saves time, reduces costs, and dramatically reduces the risk of compliance errors.
